Sharon Phelan (she/her/hers)

After graduating from Wesleyan University and Middlebury College with a BA and an MA in English, Sharon has taught and worked as a school administrator in the US, China, and Cambodia. Her love of teaching has always been inextricably intertwined with a love of learning and international travel. Sharon has studied abroad in China, Kenya, England, and Ireland and is currently earning an MS at UW–Madison in Global Higher Education. She is so happy to join the team at ISS. In her free time, Sharon loves reading, gardening, and studying Chinese.
