Welcome to ISS

International Student Services (ISS) serves non-immigrant students on F and J visas by empowering them to comply with federal regulations and adjust to American education, life, and culture. We provide advice regarding maintenance of status, academic and personal adjustment, employment authorization, and referrals to appropriate services on or off campus.

We are excited to launch Terra Dotta in Fall 2019. This software will provide students and advisors with enhanced online services for all processes. Students will receive an email informing them when this service goes live, please stay tuned!

In addition, we’ve heard your feedback and are implementing changes to advising this semester! Advising by appointment or phone is available! Scheduling tips are available online.

Please pardon us while we upgrade

Dear students,

ISS is currently working on implementing an online system called Terra Dotta. You will soon receive an email notification inviting you to start using Terra Dotta to submit requests. We are working to provide a seamless transition while honoring our current processing time. We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and allow for any unexpected delays as we transition to this new system.

We strongly encourage you to use online resources such as our website; Study in the States; the STEM OPT Hub; and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program Travel and Transfer pages.

Thank you for your patience as we work on these improvements.

Sincerely,

International Student Services
