Srijan (Sri) Pandey

Hey! I’m Srijan (Sri), I’m currently spiraling through a PhD at the Information School, where I moonlight as a design researcher asking questions like: “Can AI be less terrible?” (Spoiler alert: the real villain is the system, not the robot.) Outside academics, I enjoy going out, live music, and engaging in meaningful conversations. I’m passionate about making sure international students with intersectional identities (aka: most of us) don’t just “adjust” to campus life, but actually feel seen, heard, and held (metaphorically… and occasionally literally if you’re having a rough week). I hope to facilitate dialogues, uplift underrepresented voices, and co-create a campus community rooted in care and equity.
