Abdul Basith Mohamed (Basith) Nasik

Hi! I’m Basith, a grad student from Sri Lanka studying Biology. On campus, I’m involved in research on fruit fly genetics (yes, they’re cooler than they sound!), and I’m always down to chat about science, politics, or the best study spots at UW. As part of ISSAB, I’m excited to help represent international student voices and help build a healthy campus environment. Looking forward to making some meaningful change and having fun along the way!
