ISS Update on Mailing Services for processed documents:
- Starting on July 1st, 2024 our office will be discontinuing the use of Eship Global for document collection. This update is occurring because both I-20s and DS-2019s are allowed to be electronically received and printed for use.
- Starting July 1st, 2024 ISS will no longer be mailing USPS Mail for all documents if the address is located in Madison. We will only use USPS Mail when the address is outside the city of Madison.
