Dear students,
The servers used by ISS to process and maintain your immigration documents will undergo a mandatory upgrade from Tuesday, December 19 through Thursday, December 21. The system will be unavailable during this time and ISS staff will not be able to process any SEVIS requests.
Please plan ahead and submit any SEVIS requests to ISS at least 5-7 business days in advance of this planned outage. Please do remember that we experience a high volume of requests at this time of year. Every effort will be made to process requests as quickly as possible in the order that they are received.
If you need a travel signature, you are strongly encouraged to take advantage of our second and final Express Travel Signature event on Thursday, December 14 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Multicultural Student Center Classroom (Red Gym, 2nd floor).
