Leah McSorley (she/her/hers)

Position title: International Student Advisor

Leah holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and Spanish (Edgewood College), an M.A. in Comparative an International Development Education (University of Minnesota-Twin Cities) and an Ed.D. in Higher Educational Leadership (Edgewood College). While Leah was born in Wisconsin and raised in Appleton, she has lived and worked in cities throughout the United States and studied abroad in the Dominican Republic and El Salvador during her college years.  In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with family, going for walks, catching up on Hulu, practicing Spanish with her preschooler, traveling, and taking adventures (near and far) as much as possible. Prior to UW-Madison, Leah worked as an International Student Advisor for twelve years at Lawrence University and Southern Illinois University.
