Virtual Engagement: Lost in Transmission: International Student Conversations on Living & Learning amidst COVID-19

October 16, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join Mental Health Services (MHS) and International Student Services (ISS) in sharing the lived experiences and stories of international students during COVID 19. Story sharing—telling or listening—is a great way to explore and find meaning in our lived experience and enhance connections with other people. We invite all international students to engage in this experience with us and find an opportunity for connection with others.

MHS Psychologist Wei-Chiao Hsu, ISS Assistant Director Morgan Keller, and MHS intern therapist and graduate international student Geetanjali Deole will share their 2020 stories and lead an informal discussion on the international student experience in the year of COVID. This virtual event is open to all UW-Madison international students. No registration is necessary. Please join the session on Friday, October 16 at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) via the Zoom link/call-in information listed below.
