Navigating Recruitment as an International Student

The Wisconsin School of Business in collaboration with Kwan Segal, founder of ICAway, will be hosting a 1-hour webinar on Navigating Recruitment as an International Student. This event is open to any UW-Madison student and will discuss holistic career planning starting from being aware of different visa options, approaches to increasing your chances for job interviews, to following up with employers. Guest presenters also include immigration attorney Art Serratelli and UW-Madison alum Sean Meng!
All registered attendees will be provided a follow up email with resources, a link to the video, and be entered into a drawing for one of two free consultation packages with Kwan or Art. Kwan Segal is an experienced human-capital consultant and a career coach for International Students. Kwan holds an Executive MBA through a Sasin/Kellogg School of Management Global Partnership and certification of Senior Professional in HR by HRCI.
Art Serratelli has been practicing law since 1993 and focuses exclusively on advising organizations and individuals on employment-based and family-based immigration law matters. Art brings a unique, multi-faceted approach to case strategy, drawing upon his strong liberal arts education at Georgetown, his business background as a CPA and MBA, and his study of government administrative law in Washington, D.C. As a nationally recognized authority on immigration law, Art is invited to speak all over the United States, and has been invited to speak in the Philippines and in China.

Sean Meng is an Analyst with the Actuarial Practice of Oliver Wyman and is based in New York. His primary responsibilities are to provide actuarial consulting services to a variety of insurance entities and organizations. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Sean interned at Pacific Life on the internal reinsurance team and worked on their new reinsurance business proposal, and at CUNA Mutual Group on the product management team. Sean graduated with distinction from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Actuarial Science, Finance and Risk Management.
